How to Proceed with Laundry Services

Inside the Hotel

To ensure your laundry is processed correctly, please list the quantity of each item you wish to have cleaned. This information must be included inside your laundry bag. For assistance, please contact the laundry department at Ext. 6094 or Ext. 3.

Outside the Hotel (Delivery Service)

To ensure your laundry is processed, please use the App or Online Portal to select the quantity of each item you wish to have cleaned.
• The is a 24 hours service.
• Pick-up and delivery occur between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
• Orders over N20,000 will receive free delivery. Orders below N20,000 incur a N3,000 delivery fee.

Important Reminder:
Please remove all items from your pockets before submitting your laundry. The hotel is not responsible for any items left in pockets.

Please Note:
• All prices quoted include taxes and service charges.
• Items not claimed within 30 days will no longer be kept by the hotel.
• In the event of loss or damage, the hotel’s liability is limited to a maximum of five times the cost of the service.
• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and must include the processing form and tag.

Please Note

All prices quoted are inclusive of 15%% service charge, Any items not claimed after 30 days deposit will not be accounted for by the hotel. In case of loss or damage the hotel responsibility is limited to maximum of 5 times the cost of service when such claims must be madewithin 24 hours after delivery along wíth the processing form and tag.
